I was told that I needed MRI, pain medication and steroid for my pain. I was also told to wait to have a MRI until they get the permission from my insurance and that the office will send my medication to CVS electronically. it has been 6 days and I have not heard from anybody from the office whether they received the approval from my insurance. Neither have they ordered my pain medication from CVS. I called last Thursday and was told that they will notify Doctor So. Since then no call, text or email from anyone in the office. I am still pain. I definitely will not return.

Dr. Andrew So is a great doctor, I was in so much pain on my lower back, he quickly figured out the issues, inject my back to ease the pain, then sent me for and MRI and schedule me to get a procedure done within 4 days the fastest ever, he saw the way I was in pain and he can feel my pain and immediately come to my rescue.

My appointment with Dr. Andrew So was great. I have had problems in the past with my lower back and elbow pain. He knew exactly what to do and have had an epidural on my L4 L5 discs and have felt great since. His staff are welcoming and took care of all insurance and scheduling. They even have drivers to pick you up for your procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew So for any pain you are having!

Dr. So clearly keeps pace with new technologies and considers all options. One of the few pain management docs that not only has heard of Wernickes Encephalopathy but also understands Addison’s disease and what the treatment options are. I have a degenerative disc disease and have no L5/S1 disc and 1/3 height of L5-L4.

Doctor was more than willing to answer my questions AGAIN after a week in the hospital. He approved the testing that they had suggested and he was willing to calm my anxiety about how my body felt after having multiple seizure clusters last week which left me doubled over in excruciating pain where I have barely been able to leave my bed. He came up with a quick answer and also approved at home PT rather than in a facility which gives me less anxiety due to the fact that it makes me nervous to go into many facilities with my weakened immune system during cold and flu season! Would not think about going to anyone other than Dr. So! If I could give him 10,000 stars I would!
