It's an urgent care unit first and foremost -- I thought it was also a generalist office. Despite that, everyone was kind, conversational, made me feel safe and cared for. I will definitely return if I ever have an urgent care issue. They even offered a referral to a local generalist AND offered to send this appointment's results to the generalist along with any notes for easy transfer of information. I've never had any doctor offer to do that 5* service in my opinion!

After establishing acclaimed urgent care practices in Long Island, Dr. Park brings CityMD Walk-in Urgent Care to Manhattan. Dr Park is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his medical studies at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NY. He completed his training in emergency medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center's Residency program where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Park continued his career as the Associate Program Director of the residency program at NS-LIJ's emergency department and was awarded the Teaching Attending of the Year Award by his residents for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007 he was recognized as an expert educator and awarded a system-wide award and additionally participated in the "teach the teacher" fellowship program.

The visit was not w/ Dr. Park himself. This facility is a walk-in clinic that doesn't accept appointments. Good to know it's there, but I wouldn't get my annual physical there and such.

A nurse, the doctor and another doctor asked the same medical questions. The clinic is new. The place is pretty big and appears clean. The exam room was equipped with a tv to watch while waiting. Also, a children play area is in the waiting room. OPEN EVERYDAY!

Dr. Park was very nice, understanding and really cared. It is hard to find a doctor these days that go out of their way and don't rush you out of the office. He was great and I highly recommend him :)

This is a walk-in clinic and they apparently don't use ZocDoc anymore. I went in for a bad sore throat and laryngitis. The place is new and clean, and they saw me right away. First I saw an assistant, who asked for all my info. The doctor examined me for less than 2 minutes. He was nice and gave me antibiotics, but not sure if he could really tell anything from that short an exam.
I would recommend this place for very minor routine issues, but not if you want a thorough check-up. There is another Dr. I went to through ZocDoc, Pablo Paciucci on 72nd btwn Park and Lex who was fantastic and very, very thorough for general issues. He doesn't appear to have appts on the weekend.

This is a great alternative to going to the ER. My 6 years old son was sick and I was not able to get him to see his primary pediatrician, so I scheduled an appointment here and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Great friendly staff! I even received a call from them to check on my son. Highly recommend this place to all!
