About Dr. Paul Chrzanowski

The goal of Crosspark Medical, PLLC is to provide medical services for our community in Manhattan and the surrounding areas. We strive to deliver patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective. Paul Chrzanowski, MD, a dedicated physician at Crosspark Medical, PLLC, earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington. He completed his internship at Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Pulmonary Diseases at The Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Chrzanowski is continuously learning and studying health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, care, and treatment of men and women during health and all stages of illness.
