Dr. Rick M. W. Sloan graduated from University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2002 and served his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, in the family medicine program. During his last year in the program, he served as Chief Resident. As a physician, Dr. Sloan began his career with Indian Health Services at the Salt River and Gila River clinics. For the last several years, he has been practicing occupational and urgent care medicine here in the Phoenix area.

I really liked all the staff and Dr Sloan was awesome! Everyone in the office took time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. I didn't feel like just a number I felt like they really cared about my well being. I would recommend Dr Sloan to everyone.

As far as I can tell so far, he seem to be a very good doctor. I did not get to know him real well on my first visit so will have to wait until I see him more often to know for sure. I do like him much better than my last doctor.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful, professionally and courteous. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. The doctor is very smart and informative. Explained everything to me making sure I understood the plan of action in my health care. Only wish I knew about him earlier on!
