In my career, I have progressed from a student to a Peace Corps volunteer, then to a teacher, and now a doctor. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Ohio University, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. I also completed a fellowship at the same institution and hold a Master's degree from Tulane University. With over 20 years of experience working as a physician, I am committed to providing compassionate care. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music and engaging in sports such as boxing, wrestling, and running. Actively listening to my patients helps me become a better caregiver.

I want to thank Dr.Cook and the staff. What a wonderful appointment. I was welcomed with a smile and postive attitude. Friendly voice. I was promptly taken back to my appointment. Great first appointment. Dr. Cook was friendly, knowledgeable, engaged and occasionally funny. I don't need my PCP to be my best friend, but I want to be heard. He listened, asked pertinent questions and made good recommendations. I hope he will be my doctor for years and years!
