I thought the office was really gross and dirty. Very stuffy. They can’t do x-rays there. You have to be sent out for it. The front desk staff was very nice. I didn’t care for him the doctor. But no, I will not go back.

I was given a prescription and was told it was being called in to the pharmacy of my choice. 3 hours after my appointment and an hour after they closed, I called to check the status of my script, and they never received it. I guess Frys messed up. idk... maybe an on-call after-hours situation would be helpful? if my issues were more serious, I would have had to go to Urgent Care or the ER negating this appointment. in the end Im just glad it all worked out.

Brian Carson and the entire staff are by far the nicest dr office. Brian listens to your concerns, spends time going over your concerns. He’s never a rush in and rush out provider.
The staff always greets you, have a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this office . It’s hard to find a primary care provider that provides quality care. I feel like provide me care as if I was a family member.
The wait time is minimal, easy to get in and be seen.

Doctor Carson was absolutely fantastic. Really seemed like he actually cared for my well-being as opposed to a great deal of other Doctors I have seen in the area, who made me feel like I was nothing shy of a burden to them. Definitely would recommend this office, great Doc!

- Front desk lady needs to put up her mask. Her nose should not be exposed.
- When I told Carson I had some concerns he pointed out right away it may be beyond the scope of an annual physical and that it would warrant another visit. Later he concluded I should follow up with a urologist instead of him, which is fair. However,he recommended a urine test, which he admitted that following up with a urologist will likely repeat. Because I’m going to follow up with a urologist anyway, as he suggested, I declined it. Then here came the funny part: he went ahead and said how important it is to establish a good relationship with my primary care physician, and said he didn’t sense that.
Cool, I’m your patient, and a good relationship requires mutual effort. But it doesn’t mean I need to do whatever you suggest. It’s okay to deter certain medical concerns to specialists, but it’s unprofessional to accuse your patient of not trying to establish a good relationship with you just because he challenged your suggested test that’s likely redundant.

He is a really good detective and an awesome listener. Most docs I try to be succinct and direct about the issue but this was a puzzler. Dr. Brian seriously took a lot of time to listen and gave me a lot of hope about solutions. Hopefully I’ll get some lab results tomorrow that will shed some more light. I don’t know if he’s psychic but it’s like he figured out stuff I didn’t even tell him about.
I was worried that I walked in the wrong office at first because it was like a physical therapy office. Cute building though. The staff were so friendly and nice. The intern drew my blood and I didn’t even feel it. Lobby was not crowded and well ventilated which made me feel comfortable.
