?? really like Dr. Grossman. He replaced my right knee in 2015 & it’s been great. I’m having my left knee done.

Friendly, sassy and straight to the point, immediately and accurately diagnosed my injury right away, I really appreciated how he told me exactly what steps I needed to take and then his staff followed through right away. Very prompt, friendly, effective and the first great and effective experience I`ve ever had with a doctor about one of my many knee injuries. I literally texted my sister right after my appointment for her to see Dr. Grossman about some of her lingering back problems she got years from a car accident. Great experience.

Definitely rushed my visit, I didn't even get through most of the reasons why i was there and he was halfway out the door. Also made me feel a bit foolish for why I was there since it was an injury related to working out.

I love Dr. Grossman. I had a terrible experience with another orthopedic doctor. Dr. Grossman took him time examining me, did not rush in and out of the room like most Drs these days. And due to him properly examining me he actually was able to diagnose the problem! The last Dr told me I was fine, go do 4 weeks of PT and you'll be fine. The symptoms only got worse. Dr Grossman immediately knew after examining me that it was not just cartilage damage but a possible tear in my meniscus and promptly ordered an MRI. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a orthopedic doctor. And his staff was just as attentive as he was. So thankful I found him

Really efficient. X ray in the office. MRI being ordered. Cortisone shot during appointment. Rehab demonstration during apointment. Follow up apointment in 4 weeks. Total time in office including waiting in lobby and filling out new patient paperwork... 55 min. Dr. Grossman is very informative, entertaining, personable.

One could take the constant calls that were taken during the visit as ride, but the Doctor was attentive and humorous, making you feel quite comfortable

Office professional, knowledgeable patient courteous. Entire office very consistent from reception thru management. I have personally witnessed and experienced the manner in which they expeditiously process forms, schedules, etc. Should be a model by which medical staff and personal provide the attention patients wish or hope for.

Spent less time on exam than I would have liked. Didn't seem to listen thoroughly to my description of pain. However, after cortisone shot, knee feels much better.
