Apparently you can't make follow up appointments through ZocDoc, you have to instead call the office. So, even though there was an available 5:30 slot open, I was not seen until almost 7:30. The Doctor also seemed annoyed which I didn't care for.

I felt so comfortable with Dr. Kelter. He came into the room I was waiting in and said he would be right with me. He took his time and also made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I didn't feel rushed at all. The only downside was that despite filling out the paperwork on Zoc Doc I still had to fill a bunch of papers in the office as a new patient. Other than that I would recommend Dr. Kelter to everyone.

The visit was very well. The doctor was very conserd about my health. He asked me how I fell why I was there. then he explain to me that he going to put a stetoscope on my chest, that he going to check my mouth. After that he talk me to follow he to his office and he talk what I have. His staff are very polite and gentle.

I am lucky that I'm a patient of Dr. Kelter it's been 25 years with him I feel comfortable with him he is an excellent Dr. & also a very good friend. Me & my family we trust him & we love him. That's how the doctor should be. God Bless him.
