She has made significant contributions to nursing education, and has served as an educator at New York University's Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She has also taught research at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I went to the office for an ENT appointment as it said on ZocDoc but after waiting over an hour, filling out paperwork and seeing the provider for 5 minutes I was told I had to change her to my PCP so she can be paid for the 5 minutes of her time!!! It was ridiculously unprofessional to the point where the head nurse told I NEEDED to change my PCP to Lorraine Stephenson for the month of September and then change it back again in October. I came with a referral, they took my insurance and still there were issues!! Why say you’re an ENT specialist when in fact you’re not and you won’t get paid unless you are made the PCP! I’ve had wonderful experiences with ALL of my ZocDoc doctors and appointments until her! I wouldn’t even recommend her to my worse enemy! Truly a horrible experience
