I have struggled to find a PCP I like, and I was really pleasantly surprised by Dr. Im and her office. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone was attentive and communicated clearly. Dr. Im spent a lot of time with me—I didn't feel rushed at all—she answered my questions, and listened to me. It was a wonderful experience.

I had such a great experience at my new doctor’s office for my first annual physical with Dr. Soyoun Im. She made the entire experience so much better than I could have imagined. She was incredibly kind, a great listener, and I never once felt judged. I was honestly really nervous going in, but she made me feel completely at ease and supported throughout.
The nurses and front desk staff were also so warm and welcoming. I truly feel like I found a gem and am so grateful to have found her. Couldn’t recommend more.

I would highly recommend Dr Im to my friends and family and to anyone who needs a doctor who truly listens and is responsive to your concerns and for the reasons you made the appointment.
She was very patient in listening to my medical history and in getting to know my family history also. She took notes not just on her computer but also on pen and paper while engaging in eye contact with me when she had to talk to me and whenever responded to my questions. She gave me a lot of time and was very thorough in her physical examination of me. She gave me referrals to specialists that I needed to see to further continue my path to wellness.
Looking forward to my lifetime relationship with her as my internist and to showing her the improvement of my physical and mental well being.

The office and staff is very welcoming and pleasant. A very clean facility. And the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasant experience for my first time there and establishing a relationship with the PCP for my first annual check in a long time. I was also seen very fast.
