Dr. Parker and his staff were so kind to me today. I went in to ask about a minor foot procedure and we decided to perform it today, right away, instead of returning for another appointment. I really appreciated that. During the procedure, I became light-headed and nearly fainted. He and his associate went above and beyond to make me comfortable and reassure me that all was well. They truly gave me great care. I highly recommend this practice.

After being told that we needed orthotics for our teenage son we wanted to have a full understanding of this "investment." It was explained that there was a warranty for them, as his foot would be growing. Only today, at the pickup and fitting, were we told, only after asking, that the warranty was at an additional cost. What???!!! That was never said, in fact, and I quote "there is a warranty in case he grows out of them" so we paid and waited to be called for the fitting. They were well equipped to get us out ASAP, I am sure they have done this before, and tell us we could speak to the manager Monday. BUYER BEWARE!!! No explanation, apology. What a joke.

Dr. Palmer and staff did something none of the other doctors have done... treated me like a person and showed an interest in wanting to FIX my issue and not just prescribe PT to mask it. The wait was about 5 minutes, which is also unheard of at a doctor's office.
This guy is fantastic. Nuff said.

Dr. Parker is one who not only takes care of his patients but his staff also. My mother (who was a nurse) told me you could tell a good doc by how he treated his nurses and staff. I was impressed with his knowledge, his kindness and his explanations.
Verified patient
I thought Dr. Parker did a great job at explaining why my foot had so much pain. Wait time was not bad and they have an in-house x-ray machine so you don't have to drive across down for images. He was very nice and funny. I highly recommend.
I was so optimistic when I first started with treatment here. His bedside manner is great, and he takes the time to explain everything to you. I thought there must be a reason for the extreeeeeeme wait times every time I had an appointment. I came in for a neuroma, and he convinced me that having surgery to correct my bunion would get to the root cause of the structural issues of my foot and help with the neuroma as well. Bunion surgery is no small procedure and recovery takes FOREVER. The surgery center which housed my operation had questionable nurses that literally laughed at me when I woke up and told them my eye was hurting. I was in so much pain that I didn't have any care about my foot that was just taken apart and bolted back together. They would do nothing for me and shoved me out the door. I spent the whole ride home wailing in pain from my eye and it was SO excruciating that I had to get up and go to the eye doctor two hours after this major surgery where I was told that I had extreme abrasions to my cornea (clearly due to my eyes not being secured closed properly during the procedure- anesthesiologists fault, not Dr. Parkers- but this is the center he chooses to work with). It was a horrid experience. The staff at Dr. Parker's office also failed to call in my post-op prescriptions and so I had no pain medication for the first 12 hours of being home dealing with my foot and with my eye- my poor husband really had to go to battle with the office staff and pharmacies and surgery center on a Friday and everything is closing trying to reach nurses through on-call while I was still woozy from anesthesia and in wild wild pain from my eye injury. I also was prescribed custom orthotics which are extremely expensive and out of pocket, and somehow the main purpose of my orthotics were lost and they didn't have the most important feature for my condition. I called and told the office about this twice, and my request was never fulfilled. While in his office for physical therapy post-op it became apparent I was developing a keloid scar and even with the therapist's request, he refused to help me without scheduling a separate appointment for the scar and paying another full appointment fee. After probably 7-8 visits with Dr. Parker and 30 to his office PT, I am left with orthotics that are not correct, trauma from the worst medical procedure experience of my life, and a foot with a giant keloid scar that wasn't treated in time, and the exact same issue I originally had. I had the major bunion procedure done and for the life of me I can't figure out why he didn't go in and correct my neuroma while my foot was open, because now I am finally healed from the operation about two years after the fact, and my initial problem/pain is exactly as it was before I ever saw Dr. Parker. My ultimate opinion is that he is just so excited about the bunion surgery method that he developed, that he is overeager to send his patients under the knife and then in my case- I was left out to hang immediately after, with an injured eye, no post-op pain meds, and not even post-op care of my scar when I needed it. I've never felt so disrespected by a doctor. I guess I'm in the minority from all the other reviews, but this was a truly upsetting, and disheartening experience.

The whole office staff is extremely efficient! Dr. Parker spent a lot of time with me, and he is extremely knowledgeable! He respected my concerns and wishes that we begin my neuroma treatments with conservative care and didn't push me to do anything else at all. He certainly has a wide range of all the latest treatments, too....very up-to-date on technology! He was patient, kind, and high energy! I am so glad I selected his practice for my foot care....I know I am in good hands!

My visit was wonderful. I was running late and they accommodated me. The nurses were very thorough and had personality. I appreciated them letting me explain my issues as well as vent a little. Dr. Parker is amazing - has bed side manner and I could tell he cares about every patient that walks through his door. The office is homey and inviting; made me feel at easy right away.

Dr. Parker is an angel. His senior nurses are fantastic as well. I recommend this podiatrist to all my family and friends. He removed a foot tumor from my heel that was causing painful sciatica and it has healed beautifully.
Verified patient
Dr. Parker has a wonderful manner and is extremely knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to my 80 year old mother who has serve foot problems and needs surgery. Depending on how my neuroma surgery goes, she will become a patient of Dr. Parker as well.

Excellent!!!
I am very pleased with the results of my appointment with Dr. Parker. His diagnosis and prescribed treatment gives me much hope.
very impressed with him.
Verified patient
Excellent, thorough, listened to me! Haven't been to a podiatrist for my issues because I've been too scared! He put me right at ease and calls himself "Painless Parker". Well, he gave me a shot in my foot, and yes it was painless! Was very detailed in his explanations, yet my wait time was minimal. I'm going back for more stuff! Highly recommend (and I'm super picky about my docs!).
Verified patient
Front desk was curt/ short... could have been nicer. Too much paper work to complete- need to. Simplify that. Wait to see doctor was too long!
What a wonderful Doctor and such a wonderful bedside manner. He was polite and very charming. He asked questions and really listened to the answers...which led to more questions! It was such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Immediate diagnosis and treatment. I felt confident that my condition was treatable and had some remediation of pain in the modification to my existing orthodic supports.

While the small clinic was probably overbooked and the wait time was very long, I would still go back. I found Dr. Parker to be pleasant, professional, and concerned with treating the root cause of my issue rather than masking symptoms. I really enjoyed my first experience visiting this doctor and would definitely recommend him to anyone. My only warning is be prepared to shell out for the orthotics that I can only assume are recommended to everyone and pushed on you as required. I do believe that my situation does warrant them, but I was not given more than 5 seconds while being stared at by 3 staff to make my decision on this very pricey purchase not covered by insurance. In retrospect, I probably should have shopped around for those.
Verified patient
It was excellent. Everybody were friendly. Dr. Parker has the best bedside manners. He answered all my questions. Somebody you can trust.

I first saw Dr. Parker about 4 years ago when I was having debilitating pain in my foot. He diagnosed Sinus Tarsi Syndrome and gave me some injections, which helped tremendously. Then I had a flare-up a couple of months ago and because it was getting worse, I went back to Dr. Parker yesterday. He gave me injections again, which I hope will work. If not, I am confident that he will find a solution if one is possible. I highly recommend Dr. Parker! I loved him the minute I meet him and have suggested him to several friends. He's so personable, matter-of-fact, extremely competent, and very well educated, which includes being up-to-date on everything involving feet. He listens very carefully to what you tell him and explains everything quite clearly. He really does know his stuff, and I feel safe and secure with him. His staff is also wonderful -- competent, caring, helpful, friendly -- just like him! Yes, I did have a long wait -- both in the past and also yesterday -- but so what, it was totally worth it. I'll gladly wait however long it takes to see Dr. Parker because I know that I am receiving the highest quality care from him as are all the other patients he's seeing before he enters my exam room and makes my day.
Verified patient
Staff was very attentive and knowledgable. I was quoted one price for a treatment "package" from both the doctor and the exam room staff but the price had gone up 10.00 at the cashiers desk.
Verified patient
Complete and informative
I found him to be a perfect fit. He never gave the impression that he was in a hurry to move onto the next patient. The staff was professional also.
