Dr. Pick minimized my concerns and told me - when I said I was experiencing pain and an uncomfortable shifting sensation in my back, hip and knee from walking - "welcome to middle age." I am 29.
The only assessments he did of my back were what my elementary school nurse used to do; he told me I have mild scoliosis, however he failed to relate that assessment to the pain I have been experiencing.
He also took a personal phone call in the middle of my appointment.
All in all, I was not impressed.

I had a negative experience with this doctor, when I booked an appointment with him through zoc doc.
First I was not seen until one hour after my initial appointment time.
Secondly when I actually saw him he was not very thorough and did not really take my complaints seriously.
I had a broken collarbone and asked if he could write a note for my job stating that I would be unable to perform heavy lifting for the amount of time he told me I would be unable to perform heavy lifting and he would not.
I had two stitches in my shoulder that needed to be taken out and when I asked him if he could remove them he said that I should have another doctor do that.
Finally a few weeks after seeing him. I received a bill for the appointment that was well above Medicare's approved amount and I discovered that he was not in my network and had no contract with my insurance. Which was a surprise because the entire reason I chose to see this doctor was because on zoc doc he came up under my insurance.
In summary I would not recommend Doctor Robert Pick...my experience with him has been a nightmare
