I came in somewhat confused about what I was experiencing in my shoulders, but certain I was uncomfortable, that something was "off." Dr. Yoon was incredibly patient and attentive in discussing what I had been feeling and in encouraging me to own as "pain" feelings that I had been trying to downplay in my own mind--a tendency that I think many women share with me! Dr. Yoon was fast and incisive with her tests in the examination room and figured out exactly what was going on with my neck and shoulders. Then she offered actionable treatment options and great doctor referrals. I'm so grateful to have seen her!

The reception area is well kept. The receptionists were cordial. I wish the check-in system was more integrated with ZocDoc to retrieve appropriate responses for their paperwork. The doc was professional - and seems to hit the diagnosis spot on once we got down to business. I don't think I receive sufficient explanation for a first-time visit. However, the recommendations were sound and fell within my expectations. I was given a referral for PT and an expectation for a follow-up visit a month from this visit. Overall I'd rate it an 8/10.
