They did not receive my documentation from ZocDoc. I had to manually fill out all of the paperwork. They did not spell my name correctly; therefore, they were not able to bring up my records from other doctors that I had gone to previously. I was then given a script to take to Zwanger Pesiri. Not only did they have the wrong name on the script, they had me down as a male. I am definitely a FEMALE. As for the doctor, I had made the appointment with Dr. Roche; instead, they put me with a very nice doctor Dr. Mallard. She explained that Dr. Roche will probably be retiring in the near future. Other than all of the mishaps with the office staff, everything else went well.
Dr Roche is a great physician. He takes time to understand all your issues. He is through and I highly recommend him.

He can see patients 18 and older only. Dr. Roche received his medical degree at the University of Bologna College of Medicine in Italy. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, where he served as Chief Medical Resident. He was Chairman of Medicine at LI Community Hospital for nine years and recipient of the 2019 Jacob Dranitzke Award. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, traveling with his wife, Joan, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Dr. Roche is fluent in English and Italian
