My appointment with Dr. Rokicki was a pleasant experience. We discussed my issues/concerns and he then treated me, but we also discussed upcoming travels for both of us. It is nice to see the professional side of a doctor, but "bed-side manner" is important too. Hearing of his family and their vacations plans was a welcome discussion.

It was good as he right away identified my problem. He was just meeting me for the first but addressed me as if he had known me for awhile which made me conformable and explain the pain I go through!

Dr. Robert R. Rokicki has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon in the Aurora and Parker community since 1982 and joined Denver-Vail Orthopedics, P.C. in July 2014. Dr. Rokicki, a Michigan native, received his medical degree from The University of Michigan, internship at the University of Oregon, and orthopedic residency at the University of Colorado. He is a board certified orthopedic surgeon through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons with an interest in arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, sports injuries, and fracture care.
Dr. Rokicki ‘s commitment to the community includes service as Chairman of the Orthopedic Department at Humana Hospital in Aurora, Vice President and President of the Aurora Medical Practice Association, Secretary and Vice President of Aurora Adams County Medical Society, and Delegate to the Colorado State Medical Society. He has consulted and lectured on a 13 part Public Television series, produced in Denver, covering health and fitness. His CV includes several publications and awards.
Dr. Rokicki believes it is important for his patients to have a thorough understanding of their medical issue so they may fully participate in their treatment and recovery. His hobbies include tennis, hiking, photography, and he is a classically trained pianist who has performed in public recitals for over a decade.

Dr. Rokicki was so nice, I was so nervous about my appointment and he made me feel right at home. Dr. Rokicki spent so much time with me, my appointment wasn't rushed, and all my questions were answered. Loved the staff at Dr. Rokicki's office, everyone was so kind and pleasant. Overall, a very pleasant doctor visit.

Dr. Rokicki was very informative about my knee injury. He called the radiologist to further discuss my MRI to clear up any confusion. He checked my previous doctor's records to gather further information so he could make a informed decision regarding how to move forward with my prognosis.
