Had an appointment at 9:00 am and arrived at the time and called me at 9:55 am and 3 people got seen ahead of me because they were waiting for their times 9:15 -9:30 am .. they treat their patients badly .. it will be the last visit for this place

Made an appointment online for 9:00 AM. It was after 10:00 AM when the receptionist told me "It won't be much longer!" Obviously there was no point of booking online if that 9:00 slot was not available!!
Doctors are good and although I filled in online all the prep information and told them I had a thorough eye exam at Fullerton College of Optometry in Oct. 2014 they Insisted on giving me a whole battery of unnecessary eye tests. I was fuming because I came in with an eyelid infection and just needed some meds.
Doctors were good but although it was two hours later and I still didn't get my prescription Dr. Ruper, himself, Insisted on giving me a 10 minute (or more!) lecture using visual aids of the working of the different areas of the eye (which I already knew!)
