First time seeing an eye doctor. I wish she didn't dilate my pupils before looking at frames. Friendly and staff was great.

Very friendly a patient staff. The building is difficult to find so look for two tall ficus trees and you are there!

A friend recommended I see Dr. Kauser Sharieff. I was very impressed with the entire experience from scheduling an appointment on-line to visiting the office. Office staff was very professional and friendly, I appreciated having the opportunity to ask several questions and receive thorough answers.
I would recommend Dr. Kauser Sharieff to anyone that asked as she is very professional and knowledgeable in her field.

The woman at the front desk was very lovely. However, the dr did not have the best bedside manner. When she was examining me she was touching my face without asking prior, along with that she did not use any gloves nor did I see her wash her hands before she started touching my face with her hands. She also was putting drops into my eyes without telling me what they were first. I was really taken aback by this experience since. I wanted to trust what she was doing since she is a medical professional however I was really thrown off since she wasn't telling me what she was doing the whole time she was examining me AND she did not use gloves while touching my face and eyes! After she was done examining me she was shocked that I did not want to get any of the glasses they sold in the store. I said it was not needed since I was just coming in for a checkup but pushed for me to at least have a "backup" pair. The only positive was the very lovely receptionist.

Amazing customer service and bedside manner. Very informative and transparent. Little bit of a “selling” vibe, but for good reason. Lots of frames to choose from. The doctor seems well experienced. I am glad I found them!

Her staff then carefully helped me choose a combination of lens options and frame that would suit my needs. After going through a couple of the big name eye care shops, the personal touch and time the invested was appreciated.

The MD was Extremely thorough. Although expensive (my Prism lenses aren't covered and the extensive tests weren't either), I got answers the Naval MD's weren't willing to test for.

I was greeted by a friendly front office girl. She made me feel welcome and was professional. I didn't have to wait for the optometrist and she was caring and willing to discuss all my questions! I looked at eyeglasses and the optometric assistant was patient. She processed my order for progressive lenses and I'm thankful I have a new optometrist!
