Dr. Signore is board-certified in dermatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. He is also board-certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Signore is a traditionally trained dermatologist. He treats patients with acne, warts, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, moles, and many other skin conditions and diseases. Our office provides ultraviolet-B (UVB) phototherapy for psoriasis. We also provide Candida albicans allergenic extract intralesional injection immunotherapy for common and plantar warts. Our dermatology office was one of the first to publish a clinical study on the use of Candida immunotherapy for the treatment of recalcitrant warts.
In addition to conventional therapy, Dr. Signore has integrated classical homeopathy into his dermatology practice. Homeopathic medicine is form of complementary medicine(alternative medicine) which may be helpful for patients who wish to avoid the use of antibiotics or steroids when possible. This gentle form of natural wholistic medicine can also be tried when conventional dermatology methods have been unsuccessful. Our dermatology therapy is individualized to the patient, who may choose either traditional dermatology or classical homeopathic treatment.
