Patient reviews for Dr. Roberto Zambon
Very friendly, kind, helpful.
It was a great VISIT . HE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILTE TO HELP CURE YOUR AILMENTS
This was a very nice doctor, but the overall experience was questionable. They only accept cash and check and you will be sent to a nearby deli to use an ATM. I went in for an annual physical but it wasn't very detailed...I wasn't measured, no reflexes were checked, etc. Just a questionable experience.
Very fast knowledgeable and friendly!!!
My appointment was quick, the Dr prescribed me the medicine I needed and was nice enough to write me a note to send to my employer. However, the woman at the front was not too friendly and seemed annoyed that I was unprepared to pay my co-pay in cash.
Dr. Zambon was professional and thoughtful and as expected based on my research, he was timely and sensitive. I truly appreciate him as a doctor and kind, caring professional. I am happy to call him my new PCP.
It was a pleasant visit, he was very attentive and asked all the pertinent questions. I do believe I'll keep him as my pcp!!
Dr. Zambon is and has been my go to primary care physician for some time now. I highly recommend him.
Very kind and knowledgeable man.
Always good !
Dr. Zambon made me feel comfortable and he was very friendly with everyone in his cabinet.
No wait and everyone was sweet and nice. Will come here again!
Felt rushed. I didn’t like the general feeling of the consultation.
My visit with Dr. Zambon today provide the needed answers to my pain.... for that I am grateful
Quick and simple visit no fluff and extra stuff. Straight to the point
Dr Zambon is very well grounded. He always gives me the right directions for everything whether its general health, gastrointestinal health, bone/muscle health. in fact he realized that my gastroenterologist had prescribed me medication to cure something I didn’t have, and Dr. Zambon spotted right away from my description of symptoms that I was having a different issue. Basically, I only trust him!! even when I needed help after hours (I only bothered him twice for some serious symptoms in 4 years) he was helpful. Would definitely recommend! For anyone who’s first language is Italian, he is a native Italian speaker.
Dr. Zambon saw me right away, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Dr. Zambon was professional, attentive and wise in his medical advice. His nurse and receptionist was so warm, and kind. This is a lovely little Harlem medical practice!
So far, he is a great doctor. Will be seeing him again for a follow up.
Really friendly guy. Helpful, pleasant.
He is great, sweet and kind. His staff is sweet yoo.
He wants you in and out as soon as possible. Very disorganized office. I've cancelled more than 48 hours in advance to have voicemails left on my phone with him yelling at me that I missed our appointment. I've never been more than 10 minutes late. I've had to remind him about when to get my A1c test done, and he seems like he can't be bothered.
Dr Zambon was extremely kind and professional. He thoroughly responded to my question and took care of my case.
Always a pleasure.
Friendly staff, clean environment. Dr was courteous and professional.
My appointment with doctor Zambon went well. I had to fill out some paper work which took less than 5 minutes and the wait time was less then 20. He was attentive and answered all the questions I had but he did seem a bit rushed to be through with my consultation and on to the next patient. Otherwise he was very polite, and punctual and pretty thorough.
Tech savey doctor who gets straight to the point, diagnose quickly and gets you in and out.
Very friendly & professional
Great visit, quick and friendly staff, and felt very comfortable with Dr. Zambon. I went in for an annual check up and will go back again!!
I went for a routine physical and STD check up (basic). Dr. Zamboni ordered all the diseases (STD examine) known to man. Now I'm being billed because my insurance only covered basic labs. I've had this insurance for many years and never had a problem. I've visited many physicians and never had a problem with the exact examine. I don't understand. I'm not a doctor and don't know what labs you're ordering. That's ridiculous.
Very nice doctor. He makes you feel very at ease.
Super short wait time. Dr. Zambon was very professional and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do.
He is kind. He is efficiency. He is a good doctor.
Couldn’t of been better !
This was my first visit and I had a good experience. I switched cuase my other doctor was bad. Dr. Zambon was thorough, responsive, address my needs and was responsive in his follow-up. He even took the time to call the other doctor in front of me due to the conflicting information on the report I went to him to discuss. I was pleased and impress by his level of technology use and that he appeared to definately have a solid handle on his day, envirnoment and patients. My follow-up was equally a good experience too. I did not have to call a ridulous amount of times to get my results. He follow-up as I requested in my message I left him. I look forward to a long relationship with him and hope it stays as my first experience, positive. The only thing which I cannot say wasn't his fault was I completed all the sign-up process online but yet he did not receive it so I had to do that again but this was probably Zocdoc fault. Nonetheless I recommend him.
He is the best!! always takes time to get to know your medical history and lifestyle. He is the only dr I will trust in ny, and he has studied in a top notch medical school in italy. you can ask him virtually anything and he will know. he even solved a few months ago an issue that my gastroenterologist was not able to correctly diagnose, but that dr Zambon diagnosed and treated, and i was finally feeling better after a week. it's also nice that he has after 5 PM appointments. highly recommend!
Very nice, professional doctor. Bit of a long wait time, though.
Dr. Zambon is friendly, well-spoken, efficient but not impatient. He speaks directly on topic, no blither, and answers questions clearly. His office staff seem cheerful and competent. I was so happy to have a real appointment, and was seen right away on arrival. His office has moved--it is no longer on the fourth floor of 1854, but around to the side with its entrance on 152nd Street.
The Dr. Is very nice.
My first visit, needed to find a quick and local doctor to see me as I'd been suffering from cold symptoms and didn't want to visit urgent care. As someone who doesn't have a PCP, I would definitely go back if I needed to. Professional, friendly, and to the point.
Dr. Zambon was quick and to the point. Helpful and friendly. He saw me for some pain I was experiencing and already scheduled a follow up visit for next week. very helpful.
fast straight to the point. Doctor sent to do my blood work right away.
Dr. Zambon is friendly and professional with a great sense of humor to top it off. I felt very comfortable in his office.
Listened to my issues, and plotted a course of action. Very effective! Very friendly.
Great visit! Short wait!
He is very easy to talk to, he was able to quickly figure out what was causing my back pain. His office is big but could use some updating, especially where the reception is. His staff was very nice as well.
