She obtained her undergraduate degree from Queens College, City University of New York, and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Simon completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York, from 2015 to 2018.
