I didnt have any issues with the Doctor, however the issues were with the Zocdoc. The Zocdoc, never set up my appointment. My mother had previously scheduled an appointment so I made mine 15 mins earlier on Zocdoc. This way we were both going in the same morning. Unfortunately, my zocdoc appointment wasnt ever properly put on the list so my mother gave me her slot, because I am currently having health concerns and my mom only needed a follow up. She is rescheduling. Thanks to my mom for having an appointment set or otherwise I may have ended up in the er due to my concerns
