“They were great when I was finally able to see them. The staff was very friendly, but you HAVE to follow up with them by phone if you're booking on zocdoc, because their listed appointment times are not accurate and they cannot see when you make an appointment. I showed up for my labs and they had no idea I was coming. The doctor wasn't even in yet. I had to reschedule and come in several hours later. Overall, my experience with them was positive, but that aspect of my visit was very frustrating. ”

I arrived at the office where the appointment was and no one answered or they didn't even open the office door, they never answered my calls, they didn't call me to cancel the appointment, I think it's disrespectful, it's playing with my health, because I needed that appointment urgently.
