Dr. Grobes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania in 1987. He was a member of Beta Kappa Chi Scientific Honor Society and listed in Who’s Who of Podiatrist in 2003. He then attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine before transferring and graduating from The Kent University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio in 1993, receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree.
Dr. Grobes completed Podiatric medicine and surgical internships at Liberty Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland and Wade Park Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He then went on to complete a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency at Baltimore Veteran’s Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland in 1994 and a Podiatric Surgical Residency where he was Chief Resident at JFK Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1995.
Dr. Grobes is proficient in the diagnosis and treatments of Foot Pain, Ankle Pain, Wound Care, Surgical Correction and General Podiatric Medicine. He has over 27 years of experience with extensive training and certifications.
Dr. Grobes has been active in the community over the years leading and providing food drives, coat and shoe drives for those in need. He is a proud husband and father.
