As a senior citizen, I have experienced a number of medical practices and I must say that Dr. Moy & his staff are without a doubt the best. Their expertise is proven and from start to finish I had a strong feeling of trust & confidence in what they were doing. Their manner shows how much they care about the patient's well being. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I did not wait very long in the lobby before the nurse took be to the room to wait on doctor. However, I had to wait for over 45 minutes for the doctor to come. I was waiting so long that I had to go to the rest room - apparently while I was at restroom the doctor came and I was not there. Instead of waiting for me as patiently as I had been waiting for him, he moved on to the next patient. I was on my lunch break and had been gone for over an hour. If I had not asked one of the nurses why I was still waiting on the doctor - - they would have let me wait another forever. Doctor apologized, but I spent money on parking, insurance co-pay, and my time.

This is my second visit. I am back since Dr. Moy recommended injection for vericose veins. I am happy that I am back and I am sure it will look much better!
