About Dr. Tiffany Sierro
Dr. Tiffany Sierro specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She is known for her personalized, compassionate approach to patient care and is committed to delivering exceptional results tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
A Southern California native, Dr. Sierro earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in recognition of her academic excellence.
She completed her intern year at the University of California, Irvine, followed by dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, one of the nation’s top dermatology training programs.
Dr. Sierro has a robust background in clinical research, having conducted several years of investigative work at both UCLA and the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She completed a dedicated research fellowship under renowned psoriasis expert Dr. April Armstrong, and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented at national dermatology conferences.
In clinical practice, Dr. Sierro treats a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and pigmentary disorders, with a special interest in skin of color dermatology. Her expertise also includes procedural and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on natural, personalized facial rejuvenation using injectables and laser treatments.
Outside of work, Dr. Sierro enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and hiking along the beautiful California coast. She is fluent in both English and French.

Overall I had an absolutely fantastic experience, feeling comfortable, heard, respected, and taken care of. There are 2 things that stand out is 1, my initial appointment I scheduled 2 or 3 weeks out due to just having a busy schedule and I was consistently getting texts prompting me to move up to an earlier availability and no way to stop those (not sure if that was zocdoc or the doctor's office directly). The other thing is there is no parking validation and ended up having to pay, but I suppose that's the price for such aa nice office

Dr. Sierra was very thorough to address my sons’s skin flare ups and eczema condition. The advice and prompt medical attention to his concerns (especially during this sensitive season of puberty) were promptly and comprehensively alleviated. I made this appointment to get a small mark on my face checked out given my family’s history with skin cancer. I waited for 15-20 minutes, was escorted to a room, and had a picture of my face taken. Soon after, Dr. Sierro came in and told me it was nothing to worry about and ended the appointment. It wasn’t clear to me whether she looked at the area/mark I was concerned about in the picture but she didn’t take a thorough look when we spoke in person. In sum, I drove 1.5 hours in traffic and paid a hefty copay + parking for a 2 minute appointment that didn’t leave me feeling very assured about the thoroughness of the analysis. I understand that it very well may have been the case that my concern was nothing to worry about. Even so, the level of care was minimal; in the end, the experience left me feeling like it was more of a money-grab and waste of time. I don’t think that there was any ill will intended, but I hope this office would be more mindful of how they interact with patients.

Dr. Sierro was incredibly knowledgable and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I normally feel like when it comes to my skin issues, a plan isn’t totally tailored to me because it’s hard to pinpoint the cause and timing of breakouts. Every time I have seen a derm previously, I never totally feel like we make true progress on the problem and I end up with a one size fits all treatment plan. However, with Dr. Sierro, she really listened and worked with me to not only understand why other treatments may not have worked in the past, but also took the time to explain to me the treatment plan in a super digestible way. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated that.
I will definitely be seeing her again. If you’re looking for a dermatologist to grow with you as your skin changes, both medically and cosmetically, I would highly recommend her! Easy to talk to and knows her stuff!
