There was no communication from this website and my doctor's office however, it took no time at all to get me in and see the doc. The staff were all friendly, the secretary staff a little clipped in their manner, and my doctor was amazing. Love this place.

Although I received a pending email and then a confirmed email for my appointment, apparently this location does not have access or use this website for online booking. So even though I went through all the work to make the appointment, they did not have me in their system at all. They were a great staff and very helpful, and thankfully, although I showed up near lunch time with no appointment on their record, they were able to get me in quickly.
You might want to double check what doctor locations are using your site and which are listed, but not using it.

Ron is the founder and CEO of Beach Family and Urgent Care. He originally hails from Terre Haute, Indiana. He has 30 years of experience as a board-certified emergency physician. In 2001, after 9-11, Ron developed and co-administered the first international program for physicians on bioterrorism.
Whenever he has free time, you can find Ron watching football (he's a dedicated Rams fan), walking on the beach, and traveling internationally.

PRO: Maria, the physician's assistant was professional and very thorough. She did a great job. The doctor barely uttered a greeting to us.
CON: We had made appointments on-line. After waiting forty-five minutes I questioned the front desk attendant as to the delay. She instructed me that there were no appointment slots and patients were taken in turn. Thus...don't bother to make an on-line appointment.
From the time of our appointment to the time we left was 2 1/2 hours

The people were great. Apparently there is some dis-connect between your site and their office. There was no record of the appt. Nor did they have the paperwork that I completed on your site. That concerns me. I will call and set up my own appts from now on.
