The office staff was friendly and efficient. The office environment was clean and quiet. Dr. Roopali was attentive, informative, and welcoming. I feel I left there with a better idea of what I was dealing with and will definitely be following up with her again.

Everyone was very kind.
The only thing which is probably an issue with ZocDoc is, I electronically filled out the new patient forms. But had to redo them and more at the office which took well over 30min.

If you have any other choice - don't go here!! I had an infection that she clearly couldn't figure out how to treat, so I kept having to go back (to no avail!). This went on for months, i wound up moving out of the area and tried to call for recent test results only to be told that they wouldn't give them over the phone and the doctor wouldn't take a phone call - I'd have to come in to get results. Well I'm now a thousand miles away so that isn't happening, but thanks for making me pay for tests that you won't give me results for.
Each time the wait got longer & longer while I never saw her for more than 10 minutes total.
There's one nice front office woman and one who is the rudest I've ever dealt with (even the doctor seemed scared to ask her to do her basic job). She wouldn't even call in a prescription to the pharmacy (pretty standard) - claiming it takes too much time & knowledge... i have no words.
AVOID THIS PLACE.
