Dr. Rosa Suarez-Reyna grew up in the small town of Lyford, Texas (Rio Grande Valley). She attended the University of Texas at Austin and received her bachelors’ degree in Psychology and Biology in 2001. After attaining her optometry degree in 2006 from the University of Houston College of Optometry, she and her husband moved to San Antonio. She has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her patients from the San Antonio area and helping them with their vision needs. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Dr. Suarez is a current member of the Bexar County Optometric Society and a member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Arrived at my appointment time and was quickly seen about 10 minutes after that. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr.Suarez-Reyna was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. So far my experience with NW Eye Care has been well.

They were nice, but not professional. Dr did not smile the whole time I was there, poor customer service. I had called with my insurance info 3hrs before my appt. and when I got there they said they hadn't received it (someone didn't communicate)

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday; but was re-scheduled by them to Thursday (two days later). Then I showed up on time for Thursday and I had to wait for 40 minutes. At the end they didn't have time to check me up and they re-scheduled the appointment again to the next day.

Everything was great. She was very informative and explained everything I asked. The only negative is when I went back to pick my glasses the office was super busy and they kept servicing other people even though I was already being helped and it took over an hour which was frustrating. The office staff was very nice just super busy!!

The only issue was the wait time. The staff and Dr. Suarez-Reyna were very professional and accommodating. The office is very nice and comfortable, so the wait wasn't too bad.

I think she performed excellently. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. The longest I waited was about 20 minutes at the end after my eyes were dilated. The optometrist performed admirably and explained the issues I had been having with speed and alacrity. I scheduled my wife's appointment immediately.
