“Wonderful experience; I absolutely love this optometrist and her staff! I didn’t feel rushed, she took time answering my questions and discussing my concerns, she talked me through exactly what and how much my insurance would and wouldn’t cover, she offered multiple solutions to the problems I was experiencing. Far more knowledgable, intentional, and in depth than my previous experiences with other providers. I was also called back before I could even finish filling out my new patient paperwork, so wonderful wait time. Definitely found my new optometrist!”

About Dr. Wendy Lopez
Wendy Lopez, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word's Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Lopez specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses, ocular disease, and pediatrics.
Dr. Lopez's passion for helping others led her to become an optometrist, allowing her to help people in more ways than one. To Dr. Lopez, being an optometrist is more than just providing a new pair of glasses or contacts. She loves educating patients about their eye health and how it's connected to the rest of the body.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so timely and didn’t make me wait for more than 5 minutes. They were extremely patient when I looked at all of the frames and quick to help me check out. I really appreciated them being open about what my insurance covers and helping me with what I needed.
