I did not feel the same warmth and concern I received during my first visit. I wasn't rushed, but I did not feel as if I was heard. I have access to all my records and felt as my primary the Doctor should have reviewed and when I brought up the diagnosis by my team of Doctors, it was as if I wasn't believed. A test was ordered that was not discussed with me and I am going to bring that to her attention once the results are received.

I saw Dr. Harrison in February 2018. She was okay, but I didn’t like that she insisted I be drug tested. I needed a physical done for work and no where on the paper did it say I need to be drug tested, but she insisted. I had nothing to hide but I felt that she was judging me because I was young and assumed I should be tested. She also refused to sign off on my results when I went back to pick them up. All she had to do was sign. Nothing else. No review or anything, just a signature and she told me I’d have to wait 2 days. I called back 2 days later and she still had yet to sign it. It took her almost a week to sign the form. I won’t be returning.

My visit with the Doctor was great. She is an amazing provider. What ruins it for her is the scheduler at her office. I called to schedule an appointment got transferred to the scheduler was put on hold for 15 minutes then was told to call back in 1/2 hr because she was registering someone. Obviously, that person cannot multitask. So I am looking for a new provider.

22, needed a new PCP. Very professional, thorough, understanding and sweet. Gave all the referrals I needed, went through my history etc. staff was nice and understanding (even when I was so late). Only downside was the lab took a while to take my samples (not her fault though), and there isn’t any service in the office, so you have to go outside to make calls. Other than that the experience was a nice and smooth one. Will definitely be keeping her as my PCP.

Dr. Harris has a very nice personality and she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen to your complaints and you don't feel rushed. Practically no wait time to be seen. The nurse calls you right away. This doctor is very thorough in taking lab tests. Did blood work on me for a multitude of things which I didn't even realize she was testing for. The results came back negative. I was very thankful she took so many lab tests.

The nurse took my history, checked my vitals. Doctor Harrison checked my throat, ears and other functional body parts she actually wrote my referrals to other medical team. She reminded me why we have a primary doctor she treated me as the patient not someone that has no brain she would do what I want her to do I know best.

It was amazing! I was nervous that I didn’t show up the required fifteen minutes before my appointment time but it didn’t matter. The receptionist was kind and made small talk. I waited maybe five minutes for the nurse who took my vitals and made me laugh. Dr. Harrison came right in and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was so kind and personable. I didn’t think I’d find a great PCP once I moved to the Bronx but she and the staff were amazing! I find my new “home!”
