She provided me with education about the problems I have recently been experiencing with my feet. She presented me with suggestions about how we could work together to relieve my current foot discomfort and avoid any future worsening of my foot problems.

Dr.Troia is amazing, she is warm and knowledgeable. She spent time answering my questions and did not rush me in any way, she is the kind of doctor that I would be happy to visit over and over again but that won't be the case as there is no medical reason to visit on an ongoing basis.

Rossana really pays attention to what you are saying and is able to connect the dots to give you a diagnosis. I have been to so many doctors for my foot problem who seem to be rushing to just say something. Rossana listens carefully, looks at test results, asks you informed questions to check her hypothesis, checks your foot and then carefully explains her diagnosis and your options for treatment.

Dr. Troia was amazing and her staff was completely professional. Her office is right of the 1 2 3 or the B C and on the first floor. I waited about 5 min after filling out the paperwork. During the consultation in she was fully engaged and not rushing to her next appointment. Best part she put me on a treatment that started to solve my foot injury right away. I literally started feeling better the next day after a month of limping around NYC. I highly recommend Dr. Troia.

Dr. Troia was professional and her consultation has been helpful for my heel pain. However, she was very hasty during the appointment and seemed like wanted to provide the consultation and get me out as soon as she could. Such rush is acceptable if aforementioned. But it wasn't. Therein: Unprofessional.
