Dr. Diakos was extremely prompt, professional, personal and caring. She sat down with me directly and went over my history, concerns and walked me through treatment options one by one with pros/cons and her thoughts as a clinician. I have never had a doctor that I felt really cared and wasn't rushing me through the process before- she really put my mind at ease and wasn't pushy

Calm and very thorough. Took the time to speak to me about several issues and explain in detail. Only downside was the initial wait, but I can see that occurring when she takes her time once she is with you, which is much more important to me then the wait time.

I have been going to Rose for 3 years now and I think she is great. Very professional, but not stiff, friendly, makes everything very comfortable and easy. Never had a long wait time at her office either. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Diakos was wonderful. OBGYN visits can often be awkward and uncomfortable, but not this time. She was warm and friendly and the appointment was over before I even knew it.

The 5 stars review is for Dr. Rose Diakos because she was great and I enjoyed the visit with her.
But, if I was to review about my visit experience overall, I would not give the office any stars. The nurse who prepared me for seeing Dr. Diakos didn't really put any thought into her work. I rushed me to step on the scale while my shoes, my bag, my winter coat were still on me, and of course that gave me an extra 6 lbs. Hello, I came there for pregnancy visit and with this incident, how would they keep track of my pregnancy progress correctly? Then she gave me some verbal instructions while walking out of the room (no eye contact). The result was that I didn't know what I was supposed to do... And she also put down my pharmacy wrong...
And the front desk was very rushing. She talked really fast and it wasn't really talking, more like whispering. I was really tired from my morning sickness and had to pay really close attention to understand her, it made me even more tired coming to this office. And during the two weeks after that appointment, I had tried to call the office so many times for their assistance, but only went through the answering machine. I left many voice message with my problem, my name, and phone number but never ever heard back from them.
Even I love Dr. Diakos, it's a nightmare working with her staffs. So, I decided to find another place with better service.

It was a very enjoyable experience. This was my first visit and was nice to have Dr. Diakos question my history as opposed to a nurse, who will not examine me. Being my first visit at a somewhat uncomfortable event, left feeling like my issues were addressed and I was not rushed thru the process on the way to another patient. I will be a return patient.

I visited Dr. Diakos last year and would continue being her patient if not for the rude staff there. Recently I needed to have certain specific tests done so I called her office. I faxed the document including such tests to the number the receptionist provided, but the receptionist claimed that she did not receive it while I was holding the receipt saying that the fax went through. When I asked the receptionist to send me an email so I could reply with the document, she first said they don't use email (really?!), and then she said they were too busy to send me the email (which probably would take only 10 seconds). Seriously, I could get better services at McDonald's. If you want to be treated nicely by the staff don't bother coming here. You can find a good doctor with staff who are willing to send you an email!

Dr. Diakos is my ABSOLUTE favorite doctor. She is the kindest, warmest, most knowledgeable doctor. She is not in a rush when she is meeting with you, which is why I do not mind the slight wait time when I see her. She is incredibly thorough and helpful! I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!

Fantastic bedside manner and warmth. I just moved from San Francisco and thought it would be a challenge in finding a good ob/gyn. I was wrongly skeptical as Dr. Rose far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Diakos was the best gynecologist I have been to. She was thorough, informative, professional, and gave me individualized attention. She made me feel that I was important to her and wasn't just the next woman through the door. She was very gentle and made my annual exam as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend her and will continue going to her practice in the future.

The only reason you might have to wait a bit is because she spends the time to listen to you and give you the help you need. Excellent doctor and makes you feel very comfortable.

Friendly, yet professional -- treated me like as a person -- not just the next file/body she processes from one room to the next. Would highly recommend for efficiency. Details: Processed admin forms quickly, no wait! CNA asked height/weight or did not do urine test. MD did intro & history while clothed, then BP and comprehensive, yet quick exam herself. Noted that she calls every pt regardless of results and offered to send copy results to PCP. Fantastic for busy professional.
