Dr. Ayalon received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, and performed his residency training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (New York, NY) in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, & Reproductive Science. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Ayalon's many awards and accomplishments include, 2012 America's Top Obstetricians & Gynecologist by Consumers' Research Council of America, 2012 Most Compassionate Doctor Award by Patients' Choice, the Mount Sinai OB/GYN department Best Research award in 2007 for his research on "The Effect of Sleep Deprivation on the Fine Motor Coordination in Obstetrics and Gynecology Residents," which was published in the celebrated American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also received the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Third Year Medical Students Teaching award.
One of Dr. Ayalon's proudest moments was going on a surgical mission to Niger, Africa, where he provided medical services for impoverished women who suffered from childbirth complications.
Dr. Ayalon is passionate about providing each of his patients with the most comprehensive and detailed care. He strives to empower each patient with knowledge and unconditional support.

The Doctor and his staff are very professional, respectful and kind. He’s ideally located in a building directly next to the hospital and has a private office. The wait times are surprisingly very short considering the doctor spends as much time with you as he needs and makes sure to answer all of your questions. You can tell he and his staff genuinely care for the health and well being of your and your child. Every appointment has been pleasant and stress free!

My gynecologist retired (I was a patient of his for 15 + years). So I put off finding another doctor for over five years. I found Dr. Ayalon online. I was nervous all day about seeing a new gynecologist. Fisrt of all, when I arrived at my appt I greeted his staff. They were wonderful! Being a senior citizen and having been to a lot of medical offices in my 60+ years, sometimes we're not always treated the best, but I could almost cry thinking of how kind and courteous they were to me. Then I met Dr. Ayalon and I could see that his staff was truly an extension of his professionalism, concern and care. I'm so glad I made the appt and followed through in taking care of myself through the office of Dr. Ayalon. I have already referred him to a couple family members and will continue to refer clients to him. Thank you Dr. Ayalon and thank you to your wonderful Staff!

Very nice doctor and nice staff. I had to have my appointment asap and they got me in and out. The doctor made me feel at ease. There are pictures of new born babies on every wall of their office which means this guy obviously helped alot of families. I'll go there again in the future.

First of all i am very thankful that Dr. Roy Ayalon accepted me on my 33 week of pregnancy. I decided to take advice of my friend and i am glad i did. I can say that He is serious person, professional and attentive . He carefully looked through my medical records and questioned me about the important details of my pregnancy and that what i really liked. His team are friendly and the office is so clean and nice. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ayalon was wonderful! Although my appointment was pretty routine and quick, I honestly think he has the best bedside manner of any physician I've ever met. He made me feel so comfortable. I could tell he really cares about his patients. He even went and grabbed a model uterus to show me something he was describing to me! Haha. I would highly recommend Dr. Ayalon!

My impression of Dr. Ayalon on my first visit to him is that he is observant, competent, professional, and matter of fact. He addressed all my concerns quickly and practically. His staff was friendly and accomodating.
The office is quite small. In the exam room it was difficult to get into a position where he could collect the sample for the Pap smear because my knee kept hitting the wall that the table was jammed against.
