Dr. Kim is the sweetest! She quickly saw me and was able to diagnose my issue and provide multiple options and solutions. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
BEWARE: you should call before to ensure that they take your insurance!! Zocdoc stated her practice took my insurance, but they do not. I was in severe pain and had no option but to see Dr. Kim, but am now stuck with the out-of-network copays.

I had to complete all of the forms again because the office did not accept the ZocDoc form. So I wasted time filling out the same information twice. I can't fully review the doctor until I see whether her theory about my pain is correct, but she seemed very confident in her preliminary analysis.

There is absolutely nothing I can say derogatory about Dr. Kim and her office staff. She is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever been to and her staff is second to none! I would recommend her to anyone in need of serious Pain Managemt and needs someone who understands the true meaning of what it is to live with Chronic Pain of any sort. The experience there is always welcoming, satisfactory and always makes me feel better about my overall health each time I leave a visit.

I have seen plenty of doctors over the past several years due to an injury I sustained. I injured my back, both my thoracic & lumbar have been an ongoing battle with pain.
Dr. Ruby Kim is by far the best, and I mean that sincerely. She is very thorough, kind and professional. She doesn't rush your visit & takes however long is necessary while showing a real concern for the problem at hand & is very knowledgeable.
I've also visited Dr Kim at the surgery center where she has performed different procedures with positive results.
Furthermore, her office staff is prompt, very polite and they don't overbook appointments.

Dr. Kim is the kindest, most helpful doctor I have ever been to. All of the nurses are equally as kind. The longest I have ever waited for my appointment is 5 minutes. I travel over 30 minutes to see Dr. Kim because no other Doctor compares. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She takes a very empathetic approach to all of her patients and has explained my condition in ways I can understand. I love Dr. Kim and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to everyone!

I've already been a patient of Dr. Kim's for a while and just for my own convenience, decided to make my latest appt. via ZocDoc
Dr. Kim is truly one of the best Dr's I have ever seen and I've seen my share due to the fact that we're pretty sure I have severe Fibromygia and no other Dr.'s could seem to figure that out except for her.Today I had her check something having to do with my ankle and as always, I got an answer as to how to treat it.
In any event, you WILL not find a more caring, compassionate Dr. that treats chronic pain diagnoses. She takes her time with you, keeps copious notes, never rushes you out. and keeps going until she finds answers for you! She has a lovely staff that work with you in every way and are very kind and good to the patients. I would highly suggest Dr. Kim to anyone!

I never expect much sensitivity from doctors but Dr. Kim was really over the top. Having had spinal surgeries, rib surgeries, and hip surgeries since I was 13 years old (I'm now 28) I have had my share of medical experiences. My condition and its severity is unusual and some medical professionals, Dr. Kim included, have a tendency to treat me like an exciting and interesting piece of data. After viewing my x-rays she said things like, "Wow, but you look just like a normal person!", and, "You're going to have horrible back problems in later life!!!" To which I responded, "I have horrible back problems now and I am a normal person."
She then went on to tell me my condition would undoubtedly spread to my hips and legs and that I had a ruptured disk in my neck, AND that I would definitely need more surgery. This was all said callously and excitedly and without ANY MRI, or additional x-rays. She was practically jumping with excitement.
Needless to say I did not return. Maybe she's fine if you have a minor common spine issue, but if you're on the extreme end skip Dr. Kim for sure. Whenever doctors speak in absolutes with very little information I am suspicious. The last doctor I visited who did that said with utter certainty that I'd never walk again...that was 15 years ago and I'm still walking, hiking, swimming, etc.

Dr. Kim is a very intelligent and empathetic physician. There is not a long wait time, her office staff is professional and courteous. I can't say enough kind words to describe Dr. Ruby Kim. I have worked with her and have been a patient, she is a wonderful person and physician. That combination is not easy to come by. I would recommend Dr. Kim without reservation.

Amazing... it was really easy to set up the appointment. The staff is very polite and friendly. They also speak Spanish. They have high end equipment. and have the best equipment.
