Dr. Phillips was good, once we got to see him. But both me and my wife had to wait for nearly 2 hours to see him despite having an appointment. Looks like Dr. Phillips accepts walkins and there didn't seem to be a distinction between patients that booked an appointment vs. people that just walked in.

When I contacted the office and said we just needed our five year old to update his immunizations to get ready for school, Zocdoc replied that he could do this service. Then I filled out a lengthy questionnaire to shorten our wait time. Next, they changed our appointment time from a Friday to a Fourth of July Saturday. Then we found out he couldn't give the immunizations anyway via a phone call. This was a huge waste of time and very annoying. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I made my appointment online which apparently couldnt be printed at the office. Doing the paperwork twice was quite frustrating to say the least and at first they didnt want to honor my appointment time. Their office was quite busy and they were accepting walk ins. It was my first time as a patient here and at first I was not impressed. They did get me in to see the doc and I was out of there in 45 min so needless to say my overall experience was quite positive despite the hiccup.

Dr. Phillips was very detailed in his analysis about my condition. He really took his time to explain my diagnosis and he actively listened to my concerns. He is a great doctor and I have made him my pcp

I waited an hour in the waiting room, then three hours in the exam room.The doctor was friendly when he finally saw me and rushed me out the door. The nurses couldn't give a flip about the patients.

It took me two hours to get just a simple annual physical. Usually, especially when I have my appointment booked through ZocDoc, it takes me 20 minutes max. I spend most of the time from work day at the office waiting for one person or another. They need to get more assistants or learn not to book so many appointments that patients have to wait.

Dr. Phillips was great. He worked me into his schedule and gave great medical advice. Very personable. The rest of the staff was nice as well. I plan to make Dr. Phillips my primary care physician.

Dr. Phillips was great! He made me feel very comfortable and was super quick. The wait time was about 40 minutes later than my appointment time, but Stephanie (the RN) made up for it by putting The Help on for me in my room and was SO friendly and nice! Amazing staff, and I will for sure go back there next time I need a doctor's visit!

The appointment I made through ZocDoc was not officially on the doctors records nor had any of the paperwork I filled out online been delivered. I think be amuse I made te appointment on a Friday for early Monday morning may be why. I ended up having to fill out the paperwork again and waiting longer to do so. Dr. Phillips was actually very easy to talk to, he took time to answer questions and did a thorough exam.

Really like Doc Russell. Seemed to give me a personal consultation and didn't just churn me through the turnstile. However, they were over 30 minutes late calling me back to an exam room. That's really irritating. Especially when I had to take off work early to get there on time.

Dr. Phillips continues to take care of ALL of my medical needs. He does not get in a rush and takes his time to explain my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips to everyone. Friendly greeting from the staff to the doctor. Customer service means a lot to me no matter where you are going, for which ever service you may be getting, it can make a person drive out of his or her way just for a more inviting atmosphere. You can get health related services from any local doctor, but you can't always get a laid back, helpful, and friendly group like this!

Dr. Phillips is a good doctor. He actually talks with you like you're a real person and will spend as much time with you as you want. He will also answer all of your questions. Most doctors will talk to you like you're something they just scraped off of the bottom of their shoe or they are cocky and full of themselves. Dr. Phillips is top of the line and in general just a nice guy! Oh and the best thing... You don't need an appointment. Just walk in anytime and they will get to you quickly. The office manager's name is Amy and she is also top notch. I highly recommend this place. David :~)
