Loved the doc. ALOT of paperwork to fill out. Writing non-stop it took me about 40 min to fill it all out. Notice to new patients: call your insurance company before you go to your 1st appointment and ask them what lab they want you to use. You will be asked this specific question on your intake paperwork. If you are anything like me you will have no idea. All in all great visit though.

If you are looking for a doctor, who cuts to the chase, she is your doctor. I went for an annual and she was concerned about my goiter and the firmness of my breast implants. This is fine , I understand she is a doctor. She recommended I get an ultrasound for my thyroid. I went. I called back to get a follow up. I didnt get a phone call back till several months later. I live 45 minutes away and asked if the results would be worth making the drive. They told me, they could only tell me in person. They offered to fax the results. They seemed pretty cold after I asked if the results were worth making the drive. Also, be prepared to wait more than 90 minutes for your appointment, just to have a short doctor's visit.

So sweet and so informative. Long wait due to I think a shift change? It wasnt ideal but the staff kept me updated on her arrival and that helped alot. Only true complaint outside of wait time was the lady who took my blood. I have pretty big veins and have never had an issue with anyone pricking me. She made it pretty painful, used an extremly thick needle to "save time" and had to push it further when it wasnt coming out fast enough which was uncomfortable. I will go back to Dr.Harrison (A+), I'll just hope for someone different to take my blood next time.

Made an appointment for 10 am today. At 10:30 asked how much longer I am expected to wait, received an answer that there are two more patients in front me and only Dr Harrison is seeing patients. I explained that I had an emergency, hence emergency visit and waiting longer was not acceptable. Denise related my complaint to Dr Harrison at that point I was interviewed in the corridor!!!! What was my problem? And why I was there? Talk about lack of professionalism. Basically given options
1. Wait and stop complaining for unknown amount of time
2. Go to Emergency
So very disappointed. Additionally my driver's license was not returned to me. Called the office and was informed that for the service of returning the license there will be a fee. Yes, believe it.

Dr. Harrison has a wonderful staff. Very professional and hands on staff. I will say I travel just a little bit furthur from my house to her office. But it was worth the drive. You can't get this type of service everywhere. Besides I was a new patient. In and out within an hour no overbooking. Her staff made me feel welcome.
