Super nice ladies, however they had it etched in stone that I who just left Methodist hospital should go back there because they had connections with them. Besides the horrible treatment unsanitary condition and outright rude attitudes they misdiagnosed me. They refused to call Christusl Santa Rosa to give them a heads up that I was on my way there. It wasn't a good visit!

One staff member kept staring at me up and down. When I was walking to get my vitals done one of the staff member walked through the same aisle and acted like I got in her way. I waited about 30mins for the PA who happened to be the same person who acted like I was in her way earlier. She didn’t introduce herself and no name bagde. She didn’t bother to look at my toe to see that I have a black line that is mostly likely dry blood stuck under the skin. She didn’t bother to hear me out. Instead tell me she will prescribe a med that the insurance will most likely not cover or will not be available. She tells me if the med is unavailable for me to let my nail grow out and trim the nail. I told her a few times this issue has been going on for over a year and recently I cut the nail as short as possible and noticed the black line or dry blood under the skin that I can’t remove. Guess what the med she prescribed is not available. Total waste of time. My nail tech is more educated than her.
