After a few virtual visits, I met Dr Deverapalli in person at the Framingham office. The offices were clean and Dr Deverapalli did a thorough exam and efficient biopsy. I did not feel rushed at all. She is very attentive and handled all of the different concerns I had, which were disconnected and lengthy. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Deverapalli is very friendly and good at explaining things super clearly. Her examination was super thorough while still being efficient - we even managed to fit in an on-the-spot biopsy that I hadn't anticipated. Dr. Deverapalli's expertise is clearly very high as is her level of care.

She was very nice and had a great bedside manner but she didn’t take care of all the issues I was initially there for. My appointment was to get a mole and other bumps on my face removed but she referred me to their cosmetic dermatologist in Boston. If I had known they didn’t have the proper equipment or resources in the Framingham branch to do so, I would have went directly to Boston...a virtual consultation would have been sufficient for this visit.

I had a telehealth online appointment with Dr Deverapalli. She was very polite, well-informed, and friendly. She made it easy to talk to and was very receptive. She gave many different alternatives/options and what each option entailed. She gave her recommendation with no pressure attached to it. She also gave referrals for other questions I had about a different issue. I look forward to my follow up appointment in a few months. Overall, she is knowledgable and knows how to break information down. I will definitely stick with her and enjoy the flexibility (both with COVID and scheduling) with the option online appointments, like the one I did.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Deverapalli. I arrived about 20 minutes early, and called the office to check in from outside the building (COVID safety). I was welcomed inside, and brought back to the exam room exactly on time.
Dr. Deverapalli and the rest of the staff made sure that all my concerns and questions were heard. I felt that I was provided with all possible treatment options, and Dr. Deverapalli gave very transparent recommendations. They were even able to provide an unscheduled treatment the same day, with a few minutes' notice.
I would highly recommend Dr. Deverapalli and Tufts.

Dr.Sandhya was absolutely wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough! I left my appointment feeling so relieved about my skin, and finally having answers about a pesky rash on my face. Also, as a person of color- I was thrilled to have finally found a dermatologist who knows how to diagnose / treat skin conditions on individuals who have darker complexions!

Really disappointed in my visit with Dr. Deverapalli. Although she was very nice, and had a pleasant bedside manner, I didn't feel like she listened to me like I was a credible source of information about my own body.
She contradicted my previous diagnosis--which is something I would certainly welcome, if she had compelling evidence for her new perspective. But when I brought up half a dozen pretty concrete reasons why her theory seemed really unlikely, she brushed them aside, insisting that her perspective was correct even though it contradicted my lived experiences as well as my GP's opinion. Left the appointment feeling very frustrated and downcast.
I have since gotten a second opinion, who confirmed my original diagnosis. Second opinion doc expressed relief that I hadn't taken Dr. Deverapalli's prescription, as it would've made my condition worse.
