Dr. Bui was very attentive and took the time to explain everything.
Wait time could’ve been improved on. I was 10 minutes late and the front desk pointed that out and I had to wait around 40 minutes to be seen.

Dr. Sandy Bui and Jenny the medical assistant that helped me were both very thorough, knowledgeable and proficient at what they do. I felt very comfortable and cared for throughout the visit inside the exam room. But unfortunately things didn’t go as smooth at the front. Check-in process was not very pleasant due to unnecessary wait time as well as how the receptionists handled the situation.

I have been going to Dr. Bui for the past 4 years (did not go last year due to the pandemic). She is my first gynecologist and I enjoyed my visit every time and plan to stay with her as long as she accepts my insurance (and me). I make the effort to commute just to see Dr. Bui instead of going to a local Dr.

Very pleasant experience. Reception and medical assistant were efficient. I really liked Dr. Bui, she was informative ,answered all my question and listened to my concern. And didn’t feel rushed.

I went to Dr Bui for IUD insertion, it was my first time and I wanted to consult the doctor about my options. She wasn’t eager to help me decide on the option and said we only have 15 mins together so I basically have to make decision now if I want to proceed the same day. Then she performed insertion and left without giving any instructions of post procedure care. The only response I got to my questions she will bring me a brochure (she never came back, only the nurse did). I was experiencing severe symptoms after the procedure and couldn’t get up. A few nurses who looked scared were trying their best to see if I get better. They did get me painkillers, and were nice to be standing next to me (my blood pressure was so low they couldn’t find it). There wasn’t a water cooler in the waiting area so I couldn’t get water if I were to wait for the dizziness to pass.
Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommended visiting unless you require a on the clock non personable doctor who will just follow checklist of steps to follow.

Dr Bui is very nice and friendly. She took the time to figure out how to help me. The office staff is very friendly. The wait time was long as in any other facility of this type. I waited about 30-40 mins before being seen. But I like it there and I’m hoping to be a long term patient.

The doctor saw me right away. They honored my time and got me thru the day seamlessly. They were all so calm and efficient and it put me at complete ease. In less than an hour, I filled all my intake paperwork, had a consultation, pap smear, hiv test and blood work drawn. I even got a referral for a nutritionist that was located upstairs and had a quick appointment in less than 20 minutes! Great time, will come back often!

Wonderful people and office! Respectful of my gender identity and the fact that my legal name differs from the name I use. It seemed like Dr. Bui cared a lot about my individual worries, needs and experiences and wanted to help find the right solution for my concerns. I'd definitely come back here!

Wow I’m so impressed! Such an amazing and sweet staff. First off, front desk is actually super nice and informative. They let you know you have other options if you can’t afford your copay and give you a packet of helpful information. Then there’s the nurse staff. I had the pleasure of being
helped by Jodie who was so smart and good at her job. The doctor Sandy Bui is so incredible! The best gyno I have ever been to. I’ve been to a lot, and I’ve faced a lot of indifference and rudeness. Not here, not with Sandy. She truly seemed to care. Lastly, I met with another nurse who administered an HPV shot. I forget her name. She was so funny! She was really friendly and great at her job. I barely noticed she had given me a shot because she talked to me the whole time. I’m truly grateful to have found this practice. It’s been a great while since I’ve dealt with healthcare professionals who were so genuine and actually effective at their work. Thank you!!!

I like Dr Bui a lot, she and her staff really throughly listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed to get out so the next patient can come in. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything completely. It was my first appointment with her and I totally trust her.
