I had my new patient appt with Sandy Nguyen NP Psychiatric Specialist in Mental Health .She surpassed my “expectations”. She was very patient, empathetic, professional, kind and caring, and knowledgeable. She was a great listener and helped adjust my medication which has been a good decision thus far. Also, just prior to my Telehealth appointment, I received excellent support by calling the office. Thank goodness! The technology portion was resolved within a few minutes thanks to the person in Sandy’s office.I’m thankful and relieved by overall experience.
