My first visit with Dr. Rama was excellent. She was very patient and thorough. Went over in great detail everything I wanted to discuss (which was alot - lol) and gave recommendations. Drew blood for bloodwork. Her staff was sweet and also very thorough in explaining how to retrieve results and how to expect them to follow up.

Showed up 30 mins early because it was my first time. Even after coming early and not having to fill out any paperwork as a new patient it still took me about an hour after my scheduled appoint to see the doctor. I can’t comment on the doctor since it was for a physical and not much was don’t besides blood work.
The same day Rx was prescribed it was not covered and had to play phone tag with the office staff. 4 days later I still don’t have my Rx.
After my lab results came in the office staff said they can’t give me a copy of my results until I schedule another appointment with the doctor even after they confirmed there was nothing urgent in the results and there is no available appointment until a week later.
Do not believe all the other reviews that give 5 stars.

She is great!
There are few buts. From my past experience with PCP, I felt she could have done more thorough consultation. I had to bring up few things to see if tests should be done.
And second disappointment was after the lab results were published I had to wait (after 2 message follow ups) to hear back on the lab results. The response was not thorough either and was provided only when I asked for it to be provided. I would have liked to hear a result summary at the least and at best more details on what can be improved in my results and how they are in general in comparison to average readings.

Dr Rama was great! The front desk experience was quick and easy and the receptionist was very nice. I had a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. The doctor was great and spent a lot of time and was super knowledgeable. I’m excited to have found such of a primary care physician.
