Booking an appointment with Zocdoc was easy and they sent me a text reminder the day before my appointment. Dr. Gaspard was great and friendly. She knows the problem right away and did my mini surgery on the spot. The assistant nurse, Mary, was also friendly and gave me a helpful tip in scar prevention.

Dr.Sara Gaspard co-founded the Comprehensive Dermatology Center of Pasadena with the goal of helping people achieve a vibrant appearance and feel confident about their skin. She is highly trained in the latest non-surgical techniques and cosmetic dermatology, injectables, chemical peels, and sclerotherapy for leg veins. Dr. Gaspard is certified to use a variety of advanced laser technologies including: photofacials, hair removal, redness reduction, facial resurfacing and rejuvenation.
She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and is experienced in cutaneous medical disorders, skin cancers and skin cancer prevention. Dr. Gaspard is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at USC. She graduated with "the highest distinction" from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and completed her residency at the LAC + USC Medical Center. She is a member of the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Dermatologic Society.

She spent less than 5 minutes in the room and didn’t even look at my skin closely. She sat with her arms crossed on the other side of the room, made a diagnosis without looking at me, and prescribed me expensive antibiotics. Then left. Will never go back here.

The wait times took longer than I expected after I checked in, but the experience was great. I got into the room and was able to do the treatment right away and got out the office within an hour. Doctor Gaspard was friendly and gave me the options for my treatment.

I brought my 16 year old for an acne consultation and Dr Gaspard was wonderful, She answered all of our questions and concerns and came up with a very workable solution to the problem. I would highly recommend her, especially working with teenage girls!

The visit to the Dr resulted in so much more than I expected. I was treated with respect, given the time to have all my problems heard, and given all the medications to treat those problems. I was even given samples to get me through until I get my medications ordered through the Pharmacy. Truthfully I can't say enough good things not only about Dr Gaspard but about this office in general, they really are at the next level compared to even other specialists. I can't thank them enough for not only being there, but also taking Medicare so I am able to get this level of treatment.

Dr. Gaspard was unfortunately out of the office for my appointment; however, Dr. Han Lee was just as wonderful. She made the Botox injection extremely painless and was honest when I asked her opinion about masseter reduction surgery.

Love the doctor, but not the wait. Waited 20 minutes to see the doctor, then waited another 20-30 minutes for the dispensary services in the office (I suppose that was still less time than driving to the pharmacy and waiting there). All staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait.
