Sarah Gardner, DO is a physician dedicated to the complete and total wellness of patients. She believes in empowering her patients towards their best health by focusing on education and prevention of disease.

Dr. Gardner graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth in Texas where she also presided as Co-chief of her program.
Payment is due at time of service.
There is a $40 no-show/cancellation/reschedule<24 hours fee.

Absolutely terrible doctor. As a 66 year old patient with CKD, arthritis and several impinged nerves and meniscus tear in my knee I did not see any problem getting pain meds for condition. Instead, they accused me of being addicted....dependent yes. Just like a person with high blood pressure, but not addicted. Sickening people who are afraid of the DEA and do not care about anyone but themselves.

I LIKE THIS DOCTOR. SHE IS A GOOD DOCTOR. SHE ASK QUESTION REFER TO YOUR HEALT. SHE GIVE YOU INFORMATION REFERENT WHAT TO DO THE NEXT TIME I SEE HER. ASK FOR OTHERS MEDICAL RECORDS INCLUDED HOSPITAL. TO ME BE THE FIRST TIME I GIVE HER 150%. THANK DOCTOR GARDNER.
