They called ahead of time to reschedule because they were over booked I told them that was fine I would rather they reschedule me because I did not have time to waste waiting in the waiting room longer than I should have to . Today I showed up to the appointment early as requested , I did everything I was asked to do but after waiting over an hour and a half all while watching others go in and out I couldn’t wait any longer . I have doubts about a medical professional who has so little regard for others time today I wasted over an hour of my life waiting for an appointment that never happened that I will never get back . The shocker was I got a text asking how my appointment was hahaha what Appointment!!!! So I have let my husband know to let the insurance company know the situation incase they try to charge for something they didn’t do. I had seen this nurse practitioner in the past when she was at a different office and she was good then so I don’t know what happened

During my first appointment with the nurse Amy Mitchell, I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. For my second appointment, the office called and asked if I could come in earlier. I arrived more than 30 minutes before my appointment time, only to end up waiting over an hour to be seen.
I understand that delays can happen in a medical practice, but excessive wait times on multiple visits show a lack of respect for patients' time. The situation even more frustrating was that when I expressed my concern, she became defensive rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering an apology.
Additionally, I was told that I need monthly appointments to refill medications that I have been taking successfully for the past three years. Under my previous physician, these medications were reviewed during my annual checkups, so the requirement for monthly visits felt unnecessary and difficult to justify, especially given the long wait times.

Highly recommend. From the time I arrived to the time I left. Excellent across the board. Very clean,friendly staff. No wait time at all. She was very understanding and listens to you and will answer any questions you may have.

My experience with Amy was probably one of the best primary care experiences I have had. She was a great listener and it was clear to me that she wanted to help me find the root of my problem and get me back to living my best life. I would definitely recommend her!!
