I arrived early and was brought into an exam room within a few minutes of checking in. The nurse was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jha came in within a few minutes of the nurse leaving. She was thorough, checked that I was getting the care I needed in all areas of my health, and made recommendations. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. They even did my blood work right there and the nurse was so friendly and walked me through every step. I was in and out in under an hour total without feeling rushed at all! I’m used to waiting for a long time and spending hours at the doctor, so I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of the staff while still paying attention to me and doing a thorough job.
