“I had been apprehensive due to zocdoc reviews I had read; it couldn’t have been further from the truth. The two ladies at reception were beyond welcoming, kind and efficient. From previous healthcare experiences, here and abroad, I am used to being rushed through an appointment; Dr. Farha gave me ample time and was emphatic, knowledgeable and stern in the right way. It felt more like genuine concern for my health, as opposed to just being another number. Do not be deterred by bad reviews. This team deserves more recognition. ”

The doctor didn’t talk much and really didn’t seem interested in my concerns.

Didn’t really listen to my issues, was very rushed in our appointment
Comfortability and likely to take steps in what a patient is seeking

Minimal social interaction with the dr. 5 min session with her in person for an annual physical. She showed very little interest in me as a new patient, just rattled off some standard advice and made the usual referrals for annual tests. Office staff were very nice. I will keep looking for another provider.

The staff working for Dr. Farha are fantastic. They're attentive, sharp, and great listeners. I had ~45mins with one nurse, and she was phenomenal. In tune with my needs, personable, and willing to hear me out authentically. The office itself deserves 5 stars. Dr. Farha herself was not as promised. After the meeting with the nurse, I had (quite literally) under 60 seconds with her. In that time, she walked in, said her name, listened to me breathe twice, told me to take vitamin D supplements, and walked out the door. She spoke so fast I couldn't understand her, and left before I even realized as much. The nurse came in 2 minutes later and asked if the doctor had dismissed me, to which my honest answer was "I have no idea". The nurses then handled my exit with no sign of the doctor. I will note that I saw 1 other patient anywhere in the office during my ~70 minutes there, so I don't think Dr. Farha was busy running between patients...
This appointment with Dr. Durathun Farha, was very unpleasant I actually left crying she was rude and very dismissive didn’t really let me talk or ask me questions I was actually appalled she wanted to be a doctor she spent 5 minutes with me and walked out I will reschedule my appointment with another doctor

Waited almost two hours for the MD to show up. Barely apologized. Saw me for a brief exam, not thorough at all. Gave me recommendation “I don’t know what is going on with you, so I don’t know what to say”.

Overall I came in for an annual physical and to chat about medication options. I choose this specific provider because they were in the results for these specific search items on zocdoc. The staff were really friendly, kind and helpful but when the doctor came in she didn’t acknowledge me much and spoke very quickly. Some parts of the appointment like listening to my breathing and looking in my mouth were a bit strange and felt rushed or like she wasn’t paying attention. When I asked to talk about medication options she dismissed me and left the room, then later suggested prescribing me a medication without talking about dosage or other options. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend to anyone especially if they are neurodivergent.
Horrible experience ! While the staff was amazing , Dr Farha has to be the worst doctor in history ! Don’t go here She came in late , my annual physical was less than 20SECONDS . She was absent , did not listen at all . No questions ! She uttered something and literally just left the room leaving me confused !! Save yourself and don’t go here . She also asked me to wait and left me in the room . I had to come out after 20 mnts with the staff no clue I was in the room still . No coordination between them ! Don’t go here at all DR Farha is the worst doctor

I had a terrible experience at today’s annual physical. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm but the doctor came in over an hour late with no update or explanation during the wait (not even an apology!). When she finally arrived, the entire appointment was rushed and felt like it lasted less than a minute. There was no meaningful discussion about my health, no opportunity to ask questions, and it felt like I was being pushed out the door. An annual physical is supposed to be a thorough check-in, but this visit left me feeling ignored and dismissed. I value my health and my time, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect the level of care I expect from a PCP. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who expects professionalism, respect for their time, or even a basic level of thoroughness in their medical care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR!!! A positive shoutout to the medical receptionist and the medical assistant at the clinic. They were polite and awesome!!

Doctor's behavior was really bad, even after informing her about my prior kidney stone condition, she didn't refer me for the imaging center and neither she didn't prescribe me any medicine. Her nursing practitioner and physician assistant were great. They contacted another doctor to book an imaging center appointment for me and he also prescribed pain medicine for me.

Bedside manner was not what I’d prefer in a doctor. While it may work for some, her manner was very blunt and lecture-like, rather than a conversation with me about my health. Office staff was great though.

Punctual and direct feedback.
It was my first physical post 6 years of cancer care. She had no bedside manner and spoke so quietly that I had a hard time hearing her.The office did not request records so I had to go through the last six years of painful host that triggered me.She types slowly with one finger and I had to keep repeating myself. I could not get bloodwork because I didn’t fast. I got an email and text where I refilled out my information. I also called to confirm the time because a Zoc Doc text said 10:00 March 26th but office text said 3:00. They did not even tell me on the phone to fast. She told me to come back for bloodwork in the morning fasting and then said I could log into the portal to see my results in 4 days. And to let HER know if they looked good. I asked if she would call me if something was wrong. She replied she could not get into the portal , they were working it out. She was so cavalier about me having to read my own bloodwork. She should not be practicing medicine
My appointment was at 9:00am. I got there I checked in. The person at the desk had me scan a code that did not work. She said don’t worry about it. I sat back down then she called me up to sign some paperwork. After I gave back the paperwork I was then called into a exam room. Not sure why I wasn’t given the paperwork when I checked in. I am a very anxious person especially when at a doctors office which makes my blood pressure go higher. Finally the nurse assistant started with the vitals. She went to talk to doctor I sat there waiting for the doctor. Finally I get to see the doctor. We talk and she does prescribe me medication for my blood pressure. She told me about the side affects and if to go to ER if I had any issues. She seemed a little offended when I told her I had an appointment with a cardiologist. She asked why I told her a friend told me I should see one. Bedside manner is not the best. They wonder why people don’t want to see a doctor. I am hoping I am wrong

The staff was ok. I felt like they were just going thru the motions without much emotion. The doctor was difficult to talk to as I felt she wasn't really listening as she'd ask questions that I had already discussed. She made me doubt my own health thoughts. I have mixed feelings as I was scheduled tests, but communication can certainly be better within the office and their providers. Truly not sure if I'd do things this way again.

She possesses extensive experience and attentively addressed my concerns, ensuring that I felt understood and valued. The front desk staff were both courteous and highly knowledgeable, assisting me with the necessary information and facilitating a seamless check-in process. Overall, my experience was marked by professionalism and a commitment to patient care.
Verified patient
The staff was super friendly and helpful all around, but the doctor arrived to the office halfway through the appointment ahead of mine, repeated all the questions that the nurse had already asked, was completely unfamiliar with my history, and didn’t wish to address the one concern I had come in for. My appointment lasted almost two hours, with the doctor leaving me alone in the room the majority of the time. Overall, I was given the impression that I was bothering the doctor by being there and that our difficulties communicating were my fault.

It was ok. It was my first visit. The building where the office seems to have some structural repairs needed. I will be seeing the doctor again next month.
