I had a remote video checkup. Dr. Pandey was easy to speak with. She recommended which specialists I should go to and was very timely in sending the referrals after my appointment. I especially appreciated that during my appointment, she clearly communicated what all my next steps should be, and what to expect. She heard me out and explained everything in just 20 minutes, without making me feel confused or rushed.
