Dr. Harhash has extensive experience and expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, spinal pain management and sports medicine. He is highly skilled in the most advanced interventional pain management techniques including ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided injections including - Lumbar Epidural Injection, Medial Branch Block, Facet Joint Injection, Sacroiliac Joint Injection, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for all sports injury, extensive joint arthritis and spinal pain.
Dr. Harhash also performs Radio Frequency Ablation, Diagnostic Ultrasound and Electrodiagnostic studies.
He makes patients feel comfortable and spends time fully explaining the source of their pain and addressing every question about their condition and treatment options. He adapts his treatments to accommodate individual needs and concerns.
As a Sports Medicine specialist, Dr. Harhash’s goal is a pain-free, healthy and active lifestyle for all his patients. Premier Pain Management & Sports Medicine provides information and training to patients about the prevention of illness and injury as well as treatment for painful conditions that limit physical activity.

I was disappointed because I had chosen to see this doctor for treatment from sports medicine perspective and he immediately prescribed me pain pills. I never intended to go to a pain management clinic and this seems to be truly what it is.
I would recommend him for someone seeking pain management medication, but that is the only reason I would recommend him.

They don't follow the appointment times. I feel doctor didn't try to identify the issue. Instead just suggested some otc medicine and some random tests.

I do not complain about my medical care with dr. Harhash; but he's advertised in your web as an orthopaedic, and when I was ready to see him, after filled out all my regarding confidential medical info, I was questioned: "Are you aware that dr. Harhash is PAIN MANAGEMENT, not an orthopaedist??" My answer was a rotund NO; because that wasn't either mentioned in the web, so that, I was misdirected by your own website (Zocdoc). But, I still remain confident on the app., because it's very useful, efficient, and I could finally find a "real" Orthopaedist the same day, who saw me later on and order additional tests for my case. Thank you for asking me!

Dr. Sawey is a very friendly and was very easy to talk to. I was pleased with the front desk staff, they were very polite and professional. His assistant was polite and very knowledgeable as well. The wait time, to my astonishment was very short. In comparison to other doctor appointments. His photo is a bit outdated but Dr. Sawed is very easy on the eyes!!!!
