The front desk seemed impatient when I was met inside the room. I was told if I did not know my medications, they would not refill it. But I was trying to pull it up on my phone. The front desk rep decided to walk out with no words.

i oved it it is really urgent. appointment right that day. perfect staff and super fast and very attentive tehy call you back to dollow up how are you feeling. searching on zocdoc dedinitely makes life easier too . i made appointement through zocdoc.

awful .went in for workers comp evaluation with a stitched wound. doctor opened the fresh bandage and appied 3 packets of lubricant and sealed it. i presuure cooked my wound an i ended up in the emergency room with a bad infection

My appnt was scheduled for 11:45. I was there at 11:30…still didn’t see the actual doctor on duty til about 12:30. I had to explain what was wrong about 3 times. Wasn’t sure if she still understood. She told me my meds had been sent to the pharmacy I requested..RiteAid… I get to the pharmacy at RiteAid…nothing there for me…and this was 3hrs later so when I called the office to see what didn’t go right, of course they were already closed for the day. This was NOT a good experience in my book.

The staff and providers were great! Note that they don't open until 9am on weekdays and (I think) 10am on weekends. I booked an earlier appointment with Zocdoc and I don't think they were aware of that at all. My only complaint is that they gave me a prescription for an over-the-counter medication that I could have picked up anywhere (though I didn't know that, and how would I know?). I went to two different pharmacies who said they couldn't help me before I finally found the medication on a shelf in a store. This is something important to communicate to a patient. I also had a hard time reaching them when I was trying to ask about where to find the prescription, and changed it to another pharmacy without them letting me know that it doesn't need to be a prescribed medication. They were really nice, and I did have a good experience in the office itself!
