Dr. Twentyman was attentive, saw me promptly upon arrival and had my best interest for a treatment plan going forward. I have already scheduled a second appointment and would highly recommend him to new patients seeking his services.

He is a very personable, comforting, compassionate and caring doctor. He works independently so his office is a very cozy and a comfortable office, waiting area and bathroom in the downstairs/basement of his home. You enter from the back by going down a few steps past a water fountain and entering into the waiting room area. There is a very soothing ambiance and comforting, relaxing music and magazines and chairs, although, I don't think I've ever had to wait more than, say, 5 minutes at the most before he calls on you and you enter his office. It is equally relaxing and has 3 different types of chairs to choose from (1 being a chaise lounge). He is caring and talks to you about anything and everything going on in your life and anything you want to talk about. He is non-judgmental which is very helpful because I have had problems in the past with having therapists that (maybe they didn't mean to, but) would come off as somewhat judging and therefore I would not tell them everything or talk to them about anything I thought they might criticize. He is very sympathetic and seems to really care about how you are doing and what is going on in your life. He gives his cell phone number so it is very easy and convenient. I have texted him numerous times about different things going on, about medication refills, appointments, etc. It is convenient and also great for someone like me that prefers texting to anything social that sometimes causes me anxiety. He is very good at talking about medications, about asking me what I would prefer and what I am comfortable with, etc instead of a doctor simply saying what he is going to prescribe for you. He also has been very understanding with my financial circumstances and works with me regarding payment (I pay out of pocket) so he is considerate and patient with me when I am not able to make a full payment right away. I think he is an excellent Dr. (He is my Psychiatrist and Psychologist) and he does a great job of being my doctor as well as my therapist. He works with you regarding medications and is always willing to change medications, add others or alter dosages, etc. I am very pleased with him and would recommend him as a great Psychiatrist or Psychologist/Therapist.

Had my first visit with Dr twentyman earlier this week, I didn't wait 1min he saw right at my appt time,I was having issues because I had been off my meds for a few days,and I am sure I was all over the place,he was very easy to talk too and understanding of my rambling/can't sit still etc!! He got me back on track with my meds and I look forward to having him as my new doctor!!! It was by far the best initial consultation experience I have ever had..If your looking for a great doctor to tend to any mental health needs,Dr twentyman is the one...
